Dr. Jan Martin Lies
Jan Martin Lies has been a research fellow at EuReD since January 2023. Prior to this, he had been a research fellow since 2009 on the project »Controversia et Confessio. Research and Edition Project on Confessional Formation and Confessionalisation (1548–1580)« at the Academy of Sciences and Literature in Mainz. His research focuses and interests lie in the history of Lutheran confessional formation, the political and media history of the early modern period, and the history of the Church and the state of Hesse.
